1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to two categories:
• Junior: 13 – 17 years old
• Senior: 18 years old and above                                                                               

• Participants must enter as individuals (no team submissions)
• Each participant can submit only one logo design.
• By entering, participants agree to all the rules and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Competition Schedule

• Submission: Open for submission from March 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025 (Malaysia Time Zone, GMT +8).
• Announcement: Winners will be announced on May 7, 2025 (Malaysia Time Zone, GMT +8).

3. Submission Guidelines

• All submissions must be original and not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
• The logo must reflect the identity and values of AI Robotics Gallery.
• Participants must submit their logo designs in digital format (JPEG or PNG) and 200 px X 200 px
• The logo should be scalable and look good in color and grayscale.
• Participants must submit a short description (max. 100 words) explaining the concept and inspiration behind the design.
• Submissions must be emailed to [email protected].Please include the following details in your submission:
• Full Name
• Age
• Category
• Contact Number

4. Design Requirements

• The logo must include the company name: AI Robotics Gallery.
• Preferred color scheme:
• Corporate Color: Dodger Blue (#1e90ff)
•  Secondary color: Sliver, Gold, Black, White

• Preferred style: Modern and Futuristic.
• The design should be versatile for use on websites, business cards, and merchandise.
• Avoid overly complex designs that may not reproduce well at smaller sizes.

5. Selection Process & Winner Announcement

• A judging panel consisting of company executives and employees will review all entries.
• The winner(s) will be announced on 07-05-2025 via email and AI Robotics Gallery’s official social media platforms.

6. Prize & Recognition

• Winners will receive the following prizes:

Junior prize

• 1^st RM1,000 + Certificate
  • 2^nd RM500 + Certificate
  • 3^rd RM200 + Certificate

Senior prize

• 1^st RM1,500 + Certificate
  • 2^nd RM500 + Certificate
  • 3^rd RM200 + Certificate
• The winning logo will be featured in AI Robotics Gallery’s branding materials.

8. Ownership & Copyright

• By participating in the competition, participants grant AI Robotics Gallery the right to use, reproduce, and distribute their submitted logo designs.
• The winning logo design will become the property of AI Robotics Gallery.
• AI Robotics Gallery reserves the right to modify the winning design if necessary.
• Non-winning entries remain the property of the company.

9. Disqualification & Restrictions

• Any submission that violates copyright laws, contains offensive content, or does not adhere to the guidelines will be disqualified.
• Late submissions and corrupted/broken files will not be considered.
