Logo Design Competition
Rules & Guidelines
1. Eligibility
- The competition is open to two categories: Junior (13–17 years old) and Senior (18 years old and above).
- Participants must enter as individuals (no team submissions).
- Each participant can submit only one logo design.
- By entering, participants agree to all the rules and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Competition Schedule
- Submission: Open from March 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025 (Malaysia Time Zone, GMT +8).
- Announcement: Winners will be announced on June 9, 2025 (Malaysia Time Zone, GMT +8).
3. Submission Guidelines
- All submissions must be original and not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
- The logo must reflect the identity and values of AI Robotics Gallery.
- Submit digital format (JPEG or PNG), 200px x 200px.
- The logo should be scalable and look good in color and grayscale.
- Include a short description (max. 100 words) explaining the concept and inspiration.
- Email submissions to airoboticsgallery@gmail.com with Full Name, Age, Category, and Contact Number.
4. Design Requirements
- The logo must include the company name: AI Robotics Gallery.
- Corporate Color: Dodger Blue (#1e90ff). Secondary colors: Silver, Gold, Black, White.
- Preferred style: Modern and Futuristic.
- The design should be versatile for use on websites, business cards, and merchandise.
- Avoid overly complex designs that may not reproduce well at smaller sizes.
5. Selection Process & Winner Announcement
- A judging panel of company executives and employees will review all entries.
- Winner(s) announced on 09-06-2025 via email and AI Robotics Gallery's official social media platforms.
6. Prize & Recognition
- Junior: 1st RM1,000 · 2nd RM500 · 3rd RM200 · 4th RM100 · 5th RM100 (+ Certificate each)
- Senior: 1st RM1,500 · 2nd RM500 · 3rd RM200 (+ Certificate each)
7. Ownership & Copyright
- Participants grant AI Robotics Gallery the right to use, reproduce, and distribute submitted designs.
- The winning logo design becomes the property of AI Robotics Gallery and may be modified if necessary.
- Non-winning entries remain the property of the company.
8. Disqualification & Restrictions
- Submissions violating copyright laws, containing offensive content, or not adhering to guidelines will be disqualified.
- Late submissions and corrupted/broken files will not be considered.
