At AI Robotics Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter a problem with your order, you may request an exchange under the terms set out in this policy.


Customers must submit an exchange request within 3 days from the date of receiving their order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts will not be eligible for exchange.


Before sending any product back, customers must first contact our customer service team to confirm whether the product is eligible for exchange. AI Robotics Gallery reserves the final right of interpretation on all exchange matters.


Where possible, we will replace the product with another of the same price range. If the requested replacement is of a different price range, further discussion will be required to determine any additional payment or refund.


If the exchange is necessary due to our error — such as sending the wrong product or delivering a defective item — we will bear the return shipping costs. In other cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the exchange within 7 working days. Any exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy may be rejected.
